I am an innovative instructional designer with over 6 years of experience. I am highly skilled in visual design and creating instruction with real world problem-centered tasks that increase in complexity and decrease in guidance as they progress. I am passionate about creating systems and practices to make tasks more efficient for employees, in order to help them do their jobs better.

After 6 years in the classroom, I realized my passion for creating learning content and efficient practices. This drove me to step out of the classroom and step towards a career focused on instructional design and content creation.

In my spare time, you'll find me painting, doing yoga and spending time with my husband and two year old daughter.
